At J5 Olive Oil, we are committed to delivering premium quality extra virgin olive oil. Due to the consumable nature of our product, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure product safety and customer satisfaction.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is received damaged or is defective.

  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If the product received differs from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Products not in their original condition or packaging.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
